If
you add Tsum Valley as a side trip apart from regular Manaslu Trek then there
are lots of alternative options for itineraries as we can skip some part in Tsum
or cover entire part. For me I would love to explore most of the part of Tsum
Valley however skipping Ganesh Himal Base Camp would be great cause trail is
really difficult I had just been there once and almost damage my gears. Here I
will suggest a regular itinerary covering entire place in Tsum and gives you an
option for Ganesh Himal Base Camp Day Trip from Gumba Lundang.
Here
is my suggested itinerary for Manaslu Circuit Tsum Valley Trek
Female Monk in Gumba Lundang - Tsum Valley Trek Nepal |

in Tsum)
Day
17 – Trek from Dharmasala to Bimthang via Larke Pass
Day
18 – Trek from Bimthang to Tilije
Day
19 – Trek from Tilije to Dharapani and drive to Beshi Sahar
Day
20 – Drive from Beshi Sahar to Kathmandu
If
you see my 15
days regular Manaslu Circuit Trek Itinerary then there are two successive
rest days in Samagaon and Samdo, but here I had skip the one in Samdo. Rule of
high altitude sickness is to trek high and sleep low as we will already
acclimatize with elevation of 4200 m around Mu – Monastery and back to elevation
around 1000 m again before continuing toward high pass of Larke. I will be updating the list of things that you need to
include in your packing list for trip. Click on each of above itinerary for
details information of each day, like how much we walk, elevation difference
and where to stay and others.
