Manaslu
Trek Itinerary can be varied depending on number of rest days and additional
side trip to Tsum Valley. For my previous client I had always used the
following itinerary for either Manaslu Circuit Trek or Manaslu Tsum Valley
Trek. On basis of preventative measure of High Altitude Sickness I had catered
this itinerary on my own experience and idea.
Here is my suggested itinerary for Manaslu Circuit Trek.

According
to preventative measure of High Altitude Sickness it is recommended to have rest
day on every hike of 600 m elevation. This is practically not feasible to have
a rest day on every hike of 600 m. So before crossing the pass, highest
elevation of entire trip at summit of Larke Pass I had allocate two rest day. On
each rest day plan is to gain elevation at least 700 m during trip and return
back to same places for overnight. I will be updating the list of things that
you need to include in your packing list for trip. Click on each of above itinerary
for details information of each day, like how much we walk, elevation
difference and where to stay and others.
